What information do I send after ordering?
Standard requires your birth date and present intention. Bespoke requires your full name, birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace for the full dual-system reading.
What if I do not know my birth time?
Choose Standard. Your birth date is enough for the Standard adjustment. Exact time and place are required only for Bespoke.
How do bracelet and necklace sizing work?
Bracelets are available in S (14-16cm), M (16-18cm), and L (18-20cm). Necklaces adjust from 45-50cm and do not require a size.
Do you promise a specific result?
No. We provide a carefully made personal object, a documented configuration method, and a ritual structure for intention. It does not replace your judgment, effort, medical care, or financial advice.
What does the shared ritual include?
Every order includes one ritual candle and bay leaves. The video tutorial is shared across all five elements. It shows how to write, light, release, and wear; it is not a product-specific claim.
Can I return it?
Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and undamaged. Bespoke work cannot be returned after personalized preparation begins.
